Founder and CEO
Todd is the founder and CEO of GNT Solutions. Since founding the company in 2004, Bollenbach has grown GNT Solutions into one of the largest, locally owned, managed IT service providers in the Sacramento region. The firm was named to the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies in 2014 & 2015. GNT Solutions was also ranked as one of the top IT consulting firms in the region by the Sacramento Business Journal from 2014 to 2017. GNT Solutions was named Small Business of the Year in 2017 by the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
As the CEO of GNT Solutions, Bollenbach attributes much of the company’s success to giving employees an active voice in its direction. Bollenbach firmly believes that every staff member can induce a positive change and has fostered a company culture where staff are rewarded for speaking up and sharing their ideas
Bollenbach is also passionate about growing the tech community in Sacramento and sets up quarterly lunches with the leaders of other local IT companies to discuss trends in the region and help one another grow.
Community plays an important role in GNT’s culture. Bollenbach spends his time outside of the office serving as a member of the Board of Directors at United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) and the Morton Golf Foundation and as the Technology Committee Chair for the Sacramento chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He also serves as an advisor to the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Since the company’s inception, GNT Solutions has donated over $1 million dollars in funding, equipment, and services to local nonprofits. Ten percent of the company’s net profits are donated back to local nonprofit organizations and foundations, ensuring that all funds stay in the Sacramento region.
Bollenbach currently resides in Land Park with his daughter and two sons.
